After 12 years in the travel industry and visits to 44 countries across 6 continents, I’ve tasted my way through beach bars, night markets, and roadside stalls all over the world. One drink I kept coming back to? Coconut water. Refreshing, real, and always tied to a moment worth remembering.
Back home, my fridge was always stocked with sparkling water. One day, fresh off a trip where I’d been drinking coconuts daily, I had a thought: What if I could combine the clean fizz of sparkling water with the natural refreshment of coconut water?
